We run an online training business with Facebook groups as well as an email help desk and other interactions. Kelly is the first line of response to our customers and we rely on her to make timely and appropriate responses. Our members are often not technically minded and can have issues with anything from not being able to log in to needing refunds and cancellations. Kelly manages it all in a timely and friendly manner - posting in the Facebook group and dealing with all the basic responses.

Kelly is good at knowing what to escalate and what to manage, and will flag issues which seem to be coming up regularly for further investigation. She is also pro-active in suggesting changes or new features for our customers. Kelly has been a hugely reliable resource, freeing the other two of us in the business to get on with creating the classes and managing the marketing, safe in the knowledge our customers are being well looked after.

We found Kelly after asking on a social media group for someone to help with admin for our small electrical contracting businesses. This was 4 years ago and we’ve never looked back! Kelly took the time to fully understand our business and our systems, then came in and streamlined and improved them all! Her main role is to manage our bookkeeping and expenses, but she does SO much more than that.

She helps keep us organised, manages our Google business profile, ensures we make all payments for suppliers, chases invoices and generally keeps an eye out to make sure we don’t miss anything important! She is also our go to for any random query we have, and is always willing to help with anything.
